      Tried calling to make a payment on my loan. Started calling at 4:15pm. The mailbox was full and after going through all the prompts and pressing #0 I kept getting disconnected. The website won't let me do anything. No payment options.

      Protect your credit score, do not use Kensington Finance. They didn't report to Equifax until 2.5 years into the loan. Once reported, it dropped my credit score by 80 points. I COULDENT MAKE PAYMENT ON TIME BECUASE THEIR WEBSITE WAS MALFUNCTIONING, AND THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT IT ON THEIR REPORT. NO help, NO courtesy, ZERO customer service. This doesn't even include the extremely high APR. Preying on the inexperienced and first time car buyers.
