  My mother had a 2017 Hyundai Sonata serviced at this dealer, which she bough the car from a week ago today, 7/19/22. A service tech, by the name of Chris, did not properly secure the driver rear tire after performing a tire rotation. As my mother left the dealership and was proceeding to get on the highway, the tire came off rolling down the road which was caught by two bystanders. Since then, my mother has called the service manager, Syed twice with no phone call back responding to her voicemails. I have left a voicemail myself and left a message with their website attendant. I had to secure the rear bumper myself as they didn't place any clips to keep the bumper intact. I would hope that when it comes to safety, a dealership would do what is best for their customers. I'm hopeful I or my mother receive a call back.

  Patrick was beyond helpful! I called asking to set up an appointment to have my car appraised and he said to head straight over. He quickly found the value for my car and started exploring my trade in options while keeping my budget in mind. It was a difficult task because of the car market right now but he found me the perfect new car that checked all the boxes. Thank you!!!
