So far I’ve had a really good experience with this key bank location. I’ve always used credit unions and decided to use key bank for a home loan and ended up opening a personal account with them. So far the staff has been great to work with and I’ve been really impressed with everything. No issues here and I look forward to banking with them.

Absolutely 1 star, which is disappointing because up until July had a great experience with KB. 45 days to close 1 account, STILL charges with "maintenance fees" and overdrafts - NEVER notifies of the overage so was hit again with more fees - on an ACCOUNT that was CLOSED over a month ago. Tried talking to MAC who "took care" of closing out the OLD account - used for an auto loan, PAID IN FULL - and opening a NEW banking account... Was told he was with a customer and was asked to leave my name and number so that he could call me back, waited all afternoon - finally called back myself and was told HE LEFT FOR THE DAY. T1 customer service, truly. WHAT A JOKE Now I have to physically go in AGAIN to close out the SAME OLD ACCOUNT.
