      This is the first bank I have to say I really enjoy using. The most part though is due to the banker I've worked with. She was at a different branch when I met her, and she has done so much for us. I am extremely happy she is now the branch manager in N Canton.

      I took a car loan with keybank and I go to add my account from huntington and it wont accept it. I call their support number and they say theres no way to add my account from huntington and pay online. I was told I can call in and pay over the phone every month. I have an account with money in it and theirs no way to pay online but to call in. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and KEYBANK sucks.

      Tiffany Kim took so much time with me to fix the other two representatives errors. I would have given 1 star but Tiffany took accountability for the other reps errors and gave me the resolution I needed several months ago. 5 stars just because of her! Thank you!!
