I wish I never refinanced 2 properties here. There is a significant issue with correct principal amounts month to month not being applied. The bank management has been advised in great deal and I am told that the mortgage department is checking. A non answer is still no answer. In 6 months Key Bank owes me over $500 in incorrect principal posting. I cannot imagine I am the only account that has the issue. I am taking my complaints to BBB and the banking commissions. This is not something I am going to address every month for years to come. It is either a system glitche or intentional posting errors. The branch management assures me they will help but 6 months later I am back to where I was with my first statement error. There are many banks go elsewhere

I like First Niagara a lot better. I don't understand why Key bought out FN, they exist in the same places. The fees are the worst part. FN never had any for normal checking. Very few non-corporate banks exist any more. It reminds me of the Bailey Savings and Loan from It's a Wonderful Life. All those mom and pop banks are being run out of business.
