      There is no longer a distinction between teller and banker at this branch. They have combined these positions, "so you won't have to wait".....wow. really?! So, tellers are now loan officers, loan officers are now tellers. Please explain how this will shorten wait times when the person in front of me is applying for a home loan and all I need to do is cash a check. Am I missing something?! Because I'm sure the tellers are happy to have "desk jobs" all of the sudden, but what about the bankers who are now expected to be tellers in addition to their regular duties???
