      Whomever manages this branch should spend more time training its employees. One of their employees Amanda, is rude, clueless and has no customer experience skills. When asked what paperwork was needed for a transaction she said she didn't know to contact a lawyer. She then proceeded to slam the door in my face as she went to make copies of paperwork. In one statement she told me she couldn't disclose certain information and then told me details about it- which is it. Horrible experience at this particular branch and individual!
