I had an excellent experience applying for a mortgage at this location. Kate (personal banker) explained all of my options and how Key determines affordability. I also worked with MacKenzie (loan originator), who responds very quickly and always follows through. This was the first and only place I inquired for my mortgage and I'm glad I did! I also have an auto loan with Key. I'm surprised by all of these negative reviews. People are more likely to spend their energy writing a review if their experience was poor, rather than positive. It's clear that many don't understand or lack the patience to understand that company policies are out of control of the employees.

Forth time receiving poor customer service from banker Paro. Only interested in signing/opening new accounts. Not interested in helping or understanding your needs and makes up policy rules. This is verified because I'm able to complete my requests through the KeyBank customer service afterwards.
