  For the most part I am thankful for key bank and all of the help I have received from certain staff members at this branch. But unfortunately I find that many of the people who work at the front desks are rude and almost condescending. I'd like to specify that Sully is never one of the people that makes me feel this way. And a lot of the time it's not even people who seem to be permanent members of the main st. branch, it's usually someone who I've never seen before and usually don't see the next time I go in. But this has happened more than once, and honestly from now on I may make the longer trip to go to the branch near the lenox instead for better customer service.
