      When you supposed to be open until noon on Saturday but you lock the doors at 11:50 what is the purpose of that? Why don’t change your business hours to closing at 11:55 instead? (Asking for a friend)

      Hello Ted, thank you for your feedback. For security reasons we do not allow clients to stay inside the branch past the closing time. Locking the doors a few minutes early allows us to service our clients that are already inside prior to closing. Our mobile and ATM banking options are always available 24/7.       I wish i could leave negative stars. This branch is HORRIBLE. I went in to close my account and what ever his job is there put my account negative because of the pending transactions he didn't leave the money in to cover it. So i go back the next day to get it corrected and all this man wanted to talk to me about was MY FEET! Needless to say its been almost a week and he still hasn't fixed my account it is STILL negative and only getting more charges for being negative.
