      Friendly staff, excellent service. The only negative is that cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals) are only done in the office via video with a remote site. That works smoothly, but it is not the same as a local teller.

      My issue with the credit union is the hours of operation. I don't understand why they close so early.

      Hi Aileen, thank you for your feedback. Besides our extended hours on Thursdays and Fridays, our Branford branch has ITMs (Live Tellers) Monday - Friday: 7:00AM - 7:00PM and Saturday: 8:00AM - 1:00PM that can assist our members.

      The witch that works at the Branford office is mean spirited. Unbank with us means less customer service.
