Worst banking service. Almost 4 weeks and still havenāt received our business debit card. Talking to banking specialists and 800 number members for the past few weeks havenāt resolved anything. Then being charged for rush fees which they said they will credit back...I mean weāve never dealt with a bank this is unprofessional. Only picked this Bank because it was conveniently close to our business but now experience the most inconvenience. Glad we didnāt sigh up with their merchant services for our multiple locations. What a DISASTER!!!! Oh they are really good at apologizing for the inconvenience FYI.
