      Ever since I've opened an account with key bank I've had to deal with Paula Walker at my closest location and she has not been helpful what so ever. She's lied to me and has given incorrect information on my behalf like she just doesn't take me very seriously as a client so I will not be doing anymore business with this location because of her. If you use key bank and are looking for a good banker stay away from her, best advice I could give you with my poor experience there.
