Worst bank ever they don’t even know how to cash a key bank check and make it available in your checking the same day, long lines and it’s a joke of a bank don’t come here unless you plan on getting stressed out. I waited a half hour for a check to be deposited Because they made a mistake!!

I went to this branch a few weeks ago and received reprehensible service. The inside of the bank could have been confused as a store, rather than a financial institution, as pop-music was blaring in the lobby and the staff acted as though the bank is their living room! After nearly losing my hearing from the music, I proceeded to execute various transactions with an extremely rude teller (furthest left teller). She acted as though she was the chief executive officer of KeyBank and was the ultimate authority on all fiscal matters. She was blatantly rude and gave me no explanation why she is unable to fulfill a transaction request. Her ego complex was pathetic to say the least. Overall, this is by far the worst KeyBank in Ohio and makes me doubt having accounts in this unprofessional institution!
