      The ATM hasn’t been working since the 4th of July weekend. At first there was an “out of order” sign. On July 8th, there was no sign, but a plate was block the card reader. One can move the plate up and down with their finger, but who could trust it. Please fix it. I don’t have time during business hours to sit in my car waiting in line for the teller vacuum tubes.

      This branch manager and her staff are clueless. They could never answer a simple questions. Key Bank is very fee driven.
