  I was just in the lobby depositing a check and I had an anxiety attack and the nice teller gave me a few mints I told her I have diabetes, you’ll say anything when your ready to hit the floor 😂

  I work for a company that does all their banking transactions through this location. I get my check cashed every week at this location. Went to cash my check and they asked for a second form of ID which I had never been asked for before and then proceeded to tell me that its for anything over $500 dollars which is not true as my check is always $600-$750 depending on overtime. It was an employee I had never personally had do the transaction before but she went to one of the ladies that always cashes my check with out a second form of ID and Leah (key bank employee) told her that my check is never over $500 and that's why she cashes my check. I was absolutely flabbergasted. It would have been fine to say thats a new policy but to down right just lie its an absolute put off. I will be banking else where moving forward.
