      I don't know how this place has anything but 5 stars... Chris, Kate, Meghan and Kevin are always fast and efficient... Smile, laugh and are the friendliest people... I would go,out of my way to go to this key bank over any other!!!! GREAT people and GREAT job guys... ALWAYS!!!!

      The keybank liverpool branch is by far the worst branch! The tellers are extremely unprofessional! They are rude, have miserable looks on their face EVERYTIME I go in there. I live 3 streets away so I would often go to this branch and I have never had a single pleasant experience here! Their outside atm has eaten peoples debit cards. Seen it happen on multiple occasions! Again I live 3 streets away from this branch and I go out of my way to the main branch in downtown Syracuse about 15-20 minutes from my house vs the 1 minute drive/5 minute walk to the liverpool branch....what does that tell you!!! I recommend the main Keybank branch downtown they're awesome there!
