  Never in my life have delt with a group of people that were unwilling to help me with overdraft fees that had not even been overdrafted for 24 hours!! 3 fees I was overdrafted for but ended up calling the 1800 number and they quickly helped me get my money back. Poor customer service inside and on the phone but 1800 number helped me get my account back on track. This is suppose to be my bank I've been with for 2 years and never had an issue with until now and they show their true colors and show just how rude unwilling to help they are.

  After MANY years as a customer, I've had serious problems with "customer service"---unwilling to help and only recite their instructions.
