      I have been with Bellbrook key bank since I was 16 years old never had any issues until now. Every since Steve left the branch the new manager and the team is very rude and now all of a sudden they are taking out fees every time I transfer money to my saving and remind u they took over $100 in fees of my money for no reason! Yes I just noticed but this is not ok! I will be looking for a new bank with better customer service. I do not recommend this bank at all and I hope for everyone else sake they get a new team of people with better customer service.
