The drive thru can be a little tricky as there isn’t a dedicated drive thru rep. However, inside service is second to none! Marsha was extremely helpful and kind with me today! Everyone is really friendly and I would recommend this bank.

No one ever answers the phone. Left a message today at 9:00 Pam didn't call back until almost 2:00. I had gone to a different branch by then. No excuse for 5 hours to receive a return a call.

If there was a lower score than 1, like -372 (0 Kelvin for educated people) I would have given it to this branch. A simple cash withdrawal took 10 minutes in drive-through lane. The teller couldn't find my account and I guessed that and pressed the call buttons twice to help her out. But she didn't respond. She then informed me (after awhile) through intercom and I told her how to find my account. She didn't even say a simple "I am sorry" for wasting my time where she could have easily asked me!!! This is the suckiest service I have ever com across.
