      I opened my account at the Key Bank branch in Lacey, WA but since I live near Yelm WA, I go to the KeyBank in Yelm WA. I have a speech impediment that my words slurred, for the listener, it is confusing to hear me speak. I have been going to KeyBank in Yelm for the last 4.5 years. My speech is getting worse, so I write on a note what services I need and hand the note to the teller. The first time I handed a note to a teller was probably three years ago. The teller at that time thought the note was telling I was robbing the bank like in the movies. Besides my speech is impaired, I nearly 78 year years old. After a few attempts to communicate from me and the teller, after a few attempts, now, we communicate really well. All the tellers treat me well, but specially, Laurie Hoover and Jimmie St. John treat me with patience and respect. If I am happy with the KeyBank in Yelm why not 5 stars? I write a lot reviews. To me, 5 stars is perfect. No business is perfect. I would give 4.5 stars if that is possible, but isn't.
