  Zero stars. I do my very best to avoid this branch. I have been a customer here for over 4 years and this branch does nothing but disappoint. I have waited for extended amounts of time while I am the only customer in there, the staff is not pleasant and I always feel anxious and stressed leaving here opposed to any other branch. Today my father decided to go to this branch so we could bank together. We were 1 of 2 parties with 4 employees. The branch manager said she couldn't help with our request, hmm aren't you able to do everything here? She left and paced around looking busy, every time I made eye contact she would rush off elsewhere. After waiting for over 10 minutes while I watch 3 other employees waiting for a task, I finally went to the 2 tellers that were just sitting at their desk doing nothing, I complained and stated that we needed help and they said that someone would be with us in a bit. I was furious. How is no one available to help me and my father? I have been in customer service all my life and have never been treated like this, it would never happen with me on the other side. I took time out of my packed schedule to go there with my father just before a Dr. appointment so we didn't have the luxury of waiting for over a half hour so 3 employees can watch us waiting while 1 person works! It is absolutely absurd and I will absolutely never go here again and be sure that my community knows how I am constantly treated here. Harsh, maybe, but my time is extremely valuable and I cant afford to keep leaving work to have things like this happen to me. Your time is precious too, don't waste it here. Please go to any other branch.
