The male employee was rude and inconsiderate. I had a ripped two ten dollar bill and kindly asked to help me exchange it. The worker said he can't help me because I am not their client. . . When I googled:" What to do with a ripped dollar bill" Google tells you to take it to ANY bank, bit unfortunately Key bank is not one of them.... I was considering to open a bank account at Key bank on Maple Valley because I work close by, but after this conversation with a worker who refused to help me, I will find a bank who is not that inconsiderate of others. SIR YOU WORK IN A BANK, IT IS REALLY SO HARD FOR YOU TO HELP SOMEONE TO CHANGE THE TEN DOLLAR BILL? YOUR REALLY ARE NOT ALLOWED BECAUSE I AM NOT YOUR CLIENT?
