If their one ATM in town was ever working i would up the stars. Maybe they should start waving the 9 dollar fee to use other atms if theirs hardly ever works. I was happy with them until I had to go an hour out of my way for services because their online sucks so much but now have to research other banking options which are almost as bad in Juneau. Tempted to go back to a prepaid debit card at this rate.

So sick of Key Bank Juneau wide. Just had a cash deposit stolen by the ATM for the second time in one year. Went inside the bank and they were no help. Just instructed me to file a claim which took over 6 months over 80 bucks which I never got back. Bank elsware.
