      Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommand this bank and branch. Right across from BOA, but service experience is totally different.

      I have been waiting for my card since February and it still hasn't arrived mind you they sent me a letter in the mail saying they need to verify my address still not letting me know that they did not sent out my card until I went to the bank. I have money in my bank account that I need to get out but I cant since I dont have my card. I never had a problem with Chase makes me miss having an account with Chase.
