  The drive thru needs improvement. A teller inside bank juggles her customers inside bank and the drive thru...takes too long. Also, I am not comfortable using ATM, it is not well lit and anyone could pop out from behind the walls.

  Last week, daughter was refused service at KeyBank located on 8 North State Street because they felt she was dressed inappropriately. In case you were wondering, she was wearing a cropped tank top, yoga pants, and a pair of crocs. I spoke to the branch manager (Brandy) and apparently, they have the right to refuse service to whomever they choose based on personal appearance. When I asked the manager for a written copy of the formal customer dress code, I was told that dress code is at the discretion of the managers themselves. Rules cannot be subjective. I have spent the better part of the hour contacting all of the KeyBank locations in Lake County. None of the offices were able to share with me a copy of a formal dress code for customers. My phone campaign to report the issue has ended because my complaint has finally been escalated to the appropriate parties. I am infuriated. Having a dress code for certain customers based upon the manager's personal opinion is a discriminatory practice because this is a policy that cannot be applied to all customers equally. This is why we protest.
