      I had a very pleasant experience with everyone I dealt with at Key Bank in Hebron even though I wasn't really an official member of their bank. I have been busy lately but they impressed me so much that I plan on returning to open an account there and transfer the money remaining in my unemployment account to make it easier to access. Thanks to Deborah and Gloria whom I mainly dealt with and a teller who I mistakenly misremembered as Janesy (sorry😉). Nice people. Tom

      If I could give a negative star I would. I walked in today with only ONE other customer in the place. I was told I couldn’t be helped because there are only TWO people on staff able to create a new account that I needed to come back. However there was only ONE other customer beside myself in there. I was told that I had to hold onto I’ll check when it’s over $8000 until next week if I wanted to create an account. Horrible bank. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Do not recommend!!!!!!!

      The managers need to take a class on how to treat their customers. I would never recommend this branch to anyone.
