Went to deposit money into the ATM and the atm ate my money basically. So I go inside and they tell me there is nothing I can do that I have to file a dispute with some KeyBank person over the phone, that was my entire paycheck and left me without money for the entire week. I filed a dispute and they told me it would be 10 business days before I can get the money back. And that I might not get it back at all. Completely dissatisfied with them and as soon as this is resolved I am changing banks UPDATE: the issue has been resolved, after many emails and a bad review on google maps they put the $ back into my account, it’s still sad that it had to come to this to get my own money out of an atm that malfunctions. I am still changing my bank.
