Victor was super friendly, made everything easy, explained the process as well. The teller was friendly, efficient and easy to work with. She even waived my counter check fee when i opened an account. Great staff

The teller treated me like they were offended I had an account there. Not very nice and the information they gave me was pretty much the furthest thing from right, according to Key customer service number. I doubt I’ll visit this location again.

I’ve been banking with KeyBank for over 3 years.. & I’ve had to replace my card twice since I’ve been with them once for a lost card & once for fraud on my account & both times I’ve waited 15 days or better for my debt card 💳 I order a new debt card Aug 17 & still haven’t receive it & it now sept 2nd .. I also order another card on rush delivery aug 30th & still haven’t received that card either which is ridiculous!! I would really think twice before banking with this bank they care nothing about the consumers! I Close my bank account with them today.. this is honestly the worst bank ever!! Beware
