The bank was clean, staff were friendly and helpful (as much as they could be) and I was able to change my account over without issue. Not sure what parking is like but I pulled right out front. So hopefully this review bumps them up from a 2.6. haha which I dont think they deserve and if you read those reviews....you might agree.

0 Stars is more appropriate. seeking mortgage information, called 800 number, put on hold, person finally answers after 10 minutes and i'm put on hold again for another 10 minutes and hung up on. nobody gives 800 number to mortgage dept. Calling back had to go through the same transfer process, then had to be read a nonsense statement before getting put on hold again. totally unacceptable.
