The bank staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Melanie so far. I am also one of the first few enrolling through a new process. There were a few typical kinks, which is expected, but nothing that wasn’t fixed as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with my experience thus far and would recommend SSB to any friends or family.

Slovak Savings Bank: "The 'small neighborhood bank' with a big bank feel" aka horrid communication, condescending attitude, unprofessional demeanor. I dealt with an ill-natured loan officer named Heather D. who could not have been less helpful. You'll get better personal service dealing with HSBC or Bank America. Needless to say I got a mortgage loan from another bank. Worst banking experience ever. Avoid!
