Terrible experience with this back I am POA for my aunts account through key bank and Heather said she needed our original POA paperwork and assured us she’d send it back ASAP so we sent that in and waited literally over 6 months and made several phone calls and attempts to contact them and never got a call Back after numerous promises for calls back. Finally we insisted we get the paperwork back since it was the original and they finally sent it back with a form I had to sign and notarize to put me on as POA and we sent that back now fast forward about a month and we still haven’t heard anything. I called a few days ago and they still haven’t put me on as POA and refused to give me any info and promised yet again Heather would call me back and now it’s been a few days and no call back still -this is very unprofessional and very frustrating and now all we want to do for a close the account and never deal with this bank again!

I deposited some money in the bank the other day it never went thru now they talking about i got to wait a week they by far the worse bank to have
