My husband went to this branch to cash a check and the boy told him that it would be convenient for him to open an account. My husband agreed and "opened the account" and all his information was wrong, including the address, they did not give him any document or receipt of the deposit, the card or any receipt never arrived at the house and when he called they told him there was none account in your name. He went to the branch and they found the account with all the wrong information and they told him that they would call him with an answer, weeks went by and nothing and he went again and now it was worse because no one knew what to do or where the money was. If you are going to open an account at this bank, stay away from this branch unless you want to waste your time and maybe your money.
