      Good credit union to use for certain banking needs that I couldnt get elsewhere (free checking acct), and they have the usual list of available retirement accts and whatnot.

      I have been with these people since either 17 or 18. They started off alright. Hit rock bottom in customer service. Then power dug a 15' grave. Jumped in and swam to the earth's core. In the process of closing my acct. Horrible example of how incredible a credit union can be.

      The customer journey is so bad I really want to give this a zero but I can’t so I will give you one but I’m super Duper disappointed with this location It's my first time at this location I got ignored didn’t know where the employees were I had to stop the associate and asked questions she rushed through her answer as if she was in a rush to do something I left Chase Bank because I thought a credit union had amazing service boy was I wrong looks like I have to check into switching To a different credit union since I was just standing there not knowing what I was to do I ended up leaving thankful I have the day off so I could see what credit union I’m going to
