      Prepare to be calling or going to the bank at least once a month. App works but goes down a lot, same with their website. All around this is not the access to my own money I need. Switching banks soon.

      My wife and i are long time customers of Pyramax, with a variety of different accounts over the years. Bank employees have always been top notch, friendly, helpful and efficient. On line banking is user friendly and the ability to get Notarized signature when needed is an added bonus. The bank was accommodating during COVID. The building lobby is clean, modern and friendly. We are confident in our choice to Bank at Pyramax.
