  I try to set compline against KIA motors at Shamburg in Chicago IL called three or four times and every one directed me to another . No one know if they are coming or going ,beside that they are RUDE want to talk to the consumer manager >> let see if he will call

  Refinanced and my institution showed me the check they mailed and tracking that showed they delivered it. Called Kia Finance to discuss and they refused to acknowledge even the possibility that they lost the check. Update: they had received the check - it took them 45 days to cash the check, by which point the 10 day payoff quote had obviously expired. Called in to ask them to honor the 10 day payoff as the check was in their PO Box well before the 10 day payoff expired. They said they were unable to as USPS delayed delivering the check… even though I have delivery confirmation. Hoping to not have to deal with this company ever again.

  Had to have engine replaced on my son's 2021 Kia Soul. We only had the car for 8 months. The process took a grueling 3 months to fix the problem During this time we were forced to rent a car because the dealership did not offer a loaner program. We were told we would be reimbursed once we got our car back and provided the receipts from all the rentals. Well here we are going on 4 months since the documents were provided for our refund and as we speak my husband is on the phone with them, and is being told by the accounting dept. Is still "trying" to process the check. "Supposedly", Frankie (cust. Rep) is putting in a request to have it expedited but "no guarantees." And that they're behind and asking for more time, whatever that means. Smdh. This company is the absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!!
