  Being a first time home buyers I was very nervous and clueless what to do and what not. Went through many YouTube videos and blogs to get an idea about how to buy first home. I was introduced to Premal by my friend and it was my best decision to go with Safe heavens. Premal and his team is really good. Very responsive and guided me at each steps of the loan process. On time loan closure 8. Guided me what to come after loan starts and what should I be aware of to avoid falling into scams Premal is very knowledgeable and guided me very well . Helped me locking a good rate and helped me above and beyond when I was struggling to find proofs of my deposits. I would 100% recommend Safe heaven to everyone even if you buying your second home or first time home buyers. I am looking forward to have ongoing relation with Safe haven to build my wealth.

  I don’t know from where to start.First of all a BIG BIG thank you to Premal ji who became my saviour when I got stuck in middle of my loan due to some complications from someone and that too when closing was approaching . I was very stressed out. Premal ji got my file clear to close just in 9 days.He was so quick in the messages and call.Answered all my queries.He has explained everything so well to me at every step that I never had any doubt for anything. Such a crystal clear process it was.It was an amazing experience working with Premal ji & his team.Thank you Premal ji.Would definitely love to work again for any of my future financing. I highly recommend him.You wont regret for sure.

  Premal was always available to explain questions, and very patient, respectful and knowledgeable during the whole process. As first home buyer he ensured I understood all the steps and offered competitive rates. I was glad , I chose his company for home mortgage.
