      Unfortunately they no longer accept loans below 100k , I was building relationship with them to buy 100+ homes through them but now I need to find an alternative.

      I wish I could put 0 stars. Do not trust them. I was in the process of underwriting over 50 loans with them and all of a sudden they change their underwriting criteria and they cancelled all my loans. I want to do business that will stand by what was agreed. These kinds are unprofessional and are not to be trusted. Use them at your own risk.
