Going through Refinance is a good process but not always an easy one. I had the Great Blessing to have Mortgage loan Officer Kim Smith and her team work on my husband & my behalf. Kim Smith was so kind, always making sure I understood the step by step process that was needed to secure this loan. The emails were always sent promptly, questions I asked she always made sure they were answered in a timely manner. Always making me feel at ease and when I would call her she would in the sweetest voice say - Hi Brenda...... I know for a fact Kim is Truely a "Good Angel" here on earth!!
