      This has been my primary branch since 2013, but I've been an M&T customer since the mid 2000s. I've always found the Bankers there very friendly and genuinely helpful. I never have to wait long and they talk to you like a real person. It is a small branch in downtown Annapolis. There is plenty of street parking or a lot with meters behind the building. It's worth going to lunch or taking a nice walk while you're down there! Samantha H. has always been wonderful to me. I went RUNNING in there 5 years ago when I urgently needed an additional cashiers check for my home closing, she accommodated me immediately and we closed on the house in time! Three years ago she helped me with an account problem and now five years later, she helped me again this week! Thanks again!!

      Agree that Samantha is very customer-oriented Not true of all staff in this small branch. Could be a learning curve and hopefully will improve. Lack of real listening and empathy for the customer, which is something a professional in a service industry learns over time - hopefully.
