  I closed on a new-to-me house this week in Candler, NC, and I wanted to give a shout out to the Kim Winter’s Team for making the process easy as can be. I have been through many closings on single-family homes, and this is the first mortgage process I’ve ever had that was this straightforward. They were promptly responsive, immediately let me know everything I needed to know, and always always kind. I don’t think “kind” is a word I would’ve expected to use in a professional sense when applying for loans, but every interaction I had with them left me feeling better than before. I didn’t know the process could be this enjoyable, and I anticipate using them for every mortgage I can in the future. Their professionalism and competence was exceptional, the process was smooth and extraordinarily fast, and I feel grateful to have worked with them. I wanted to let them know that they deserve all the accolades available!

  Why Kim and her team are the best... I went to purchase my first home, and was referred to a mortgage broker (not Kim). That broker I could tell, wasn't going to make it easy, and everything was a pain for him. I asked my agent for a new referral. I was connect to Kim, who I could tell from the first instance, knew her stuff, and was super easy. Her team (including Mary), made it easy, responsive, and we got the deal done (closed yesterday)! It's no wonder that Kim is top of the top in her field at her company. HIGHLY recommend!

  Kim's group has helped us purchase 3 properties over the years. When our recent new home purchase went sideways, Kim and her team were able to quickly transition our loan process to a refinance on our current home. Their team effort kept everyone and everything in the process on target so that we were able to close on our refinance in the same time it would have taken to close on the original plan. It was great working with Kim and her team. They remain our go to group whenever we are thinking about purchasing a new property.
