      I want to appreciate employees like Vilma at the Brea location. She is my attendant I always go to. She made my day. Always makes me feel comfortable as a customer. Unlike the older big lady attendant sitting down on the left that gave me a dirty look this morning, I am part deaf please don't yell next time get up and respectfully talk to customers. Vilma redeemed the ladie's attitude. As a disabled veteran, I appreciate good customer service ettiquet.

      I would have good things to say about them ....but the Pandamic hit me hard, Kinecta charged me for NSF fees and I had 0 zero money for months, lost everything, job, my home, my possessions.....so they closed my account, years later and I am still homeless..... and Coinbase has 200.00 of mine that they want to send back to me.....the irony is Kinecta will take it and so ...sob.....this is how the world of banks works.

      The worst branch in Orange County. The staff is rude. They are incompetent and take they’re time in moving customers. EVERY TIME I come here it takes an hour for me to get inside the building. On New Year’s Eve I stood in line for 20 min and no one moved! I ended up leaving. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!
