  I absolutely love Kinecta and this location. I’ve been going there for years. They have fast and convenient service, great car loan rates and I can always email my rep with questions or inquiries and I get a quick response. I feel like it’s a more personal experience than a normal large bank. Definitely recommend!

  I have been banking with Kinecta forever (~30 years). No comparison to any commercial bank. I use it for checking/savings and over time for mortgage and auto loans. They are much friendlier than your usual commercial bank (one that sounds like a snake) and goes out of their way to help you. I like this particular location because I can take my kids' piggy bank and they charge no fees to sort through the coins (they have an automatic sorting machine there) - don't use the very expensive (high fees) coin sorter that you find at the supermarkets. I also like their on-line banking - I scheduled my lawn service payment automatically and they will pay on time. It also supports Quicken, I use the desktop version but I believe they will also sync to the on-line version as well. I also find it easier to shift the money between my wife's my account via on-line banking (shared accounts). The phone app is pretty nice. I usually never go into the bank to make the deposit checks - I endorse the check and take the photos of the front and back via the app, and the money just goes straight in. Not sure they have this service any more, but I signed up for a loan account that they can draw from if I go over my balance. They will charge a small transfer fee if that happens - it's saved me a few times. Just pay off the amount as quickly as possible to eliminate the finance charge.
