Last week I placed a 2star review due to an misunderstanding one that caused me to get upset and confused putting me in my feeling. Today the staff here reached out to me extending an apology and clarifying any misunderstanding. We all know good communication will certainly do wonders. Ms. Carolyn the Manager is truly an Angel. Not to mention Ms Victoria act of kindness about a month ago Victoria heard that I was in an accident she took the time to call checking on me wishing me wellness. At this time I was a former customer. If this not not example of John 15: 12-13 I don't know what is. Kudos to Kinsmith Finance. For Suberb Customer Service. On a personal note just like I make complaints I believe in also giving credit when it's due and correcting any wrong perception. Thanks
