  I usually dont post review i think i have posted maybe 1 yelp review in last 10 years but i wanted to share my good experience with plaza services. during this pandemic i know times are tough and i was frustrated because i was calling and calling but not reaching anybody. it did not dawn on me that most businesses have people working from home with voip or whatever and its an inconvience all the way around due to the pandemic not businesses as a whole. so anyway i went on facebook and left a message and i got an instant response by the facebook agent and they were not rude to me. they were very helpful and had me tell them exactly what message i wanted to send and they emailed it over to the cusomter service manager and i got a call the next day. it was definitely after business hours when i did this so i greatly appreciate the effort by the rep that was messaging me to get that message through with urgency. thank you and stay safe

  I have repeatedly called and emailed to no response. Their name showed up on credit report, and I am attempting to rectify the situation. Gave my phone number in email, no call back. No answer to email. Will assume that it is paid unless I hear from them! This has to be a scam!
