      As a small business, we have relied on Kish Bank for at least a dozen years. They have always been helpful and honest, especially with loans and credit lines.

      Was not impressed, recently moved to the area and wanted to open bank accounts. It was such an issue with the staff that we left. This was not a great first impression, at 2:30pm when you close at 5. I would not recommend this bank nor would I give any stars unfortunately I had to give one.

      New app is awesome! So helpful. In the terms of customer service, when i lost my card I called about my new one like 3 weeks after i ordered it. The woman got snappy with me about asking when it could be in. She said to wait till a little over a month after I ordered it to discuss more. They told me it would be about two weeks. Seems a little slow so I mentioned it in a kind manner, the woman then snapped at me and had an attitude. Was not impressed at all.
