      The absolute best realtor team, highly recommend to anyone. We cannot say enough great things. We first met Kristi and Ben when we relocated to the northern Virginia area in 2018 and used their services to purchase our home. They were patient while we looked at 30+ properties and advocated for us every step of the home buying process. We were eager to close as soon as possible and Kristi and Ben were instrumental in making sure everything was aligned for us to close in under 4 weeks! Fast forward to Dec 2021 and work had us moving again. It was no question we would ask Kristi and Ben to represent us now as the sellers. We ended up moving internationally before the home hit the market and they went above and beyond to prep the home for sale including getting rid of excess furniture after staging photos, recommending excellent service providers for stuff like window cleanings, taking care of the odd ends and bits we’d never think of and just generally again advocating for our best interests.
