  Melinda and her team are absolutely the BEST! They are professional, knowledgable, experienced and always ready to assist in whatever way. As a realtor, Our clients love how Melinda educates and communicates with them throughout the transaction, so that they understand what is going on. Most importantly Melinda gets it done. Melinda has come in and saved deals for us when other lenders overpromised clients and couldn't deliver. I also want to say that Melinda was my lender for when I purchased my home this past year.
