  We give Kristy five stars. Frequently checking in to update us on progress. However, at signing, the documents were not printed out properly, not aligned for signatures. We needed to have our daughter sign due to our trust. We ended up having to return the next day after the docs were printed out properly. Did work out, since our daughter is local. Just inconvenient.
