  This was the first time I've used lending tree or even a bank that isn't my own. I was fairly skeptical going into the process. However, Ben and Priscilla were GREAT to work with. If the other employees at KS StateBank are anything like them, you can be sure you will receive excellent and timely service. They both replied to EVERY SINGLE ONE of my numerous emails within hours, even after the business day ended. I had a very good experience and definitely recommend that anyone looking for a loan give these guys a shot!

  Insults military members, attempted to apply for a part time job here and was accused of lying, and being kicked out of the Army. Even though I was still in the Army, had permission to pursue a part time job and even had all the records/statements to prove it. Notably all of these accusations came from a person who had never ever served in the Army, as I asked her if she ever served. Additionally, she refused to look at my documents and even told me that if I was telling the truth (which I was) then I was actually fully qualified for the job. Yet, she believed that I was lying and refused to look at my documents, even going as far to insult me my service and telling me "people in the Army can't get second jobs". Which is completely wrong, military people are allowed to hold second jobs as long as they know the military always comes first. Additionally, soldiers close to the end of their contract are often permitted this.

  Best bank I've ever had. The customer survice is also amazing.
